GoLocalLive.com brings its customers regularly changing information about deli, pizzeria, bagel and bar specials. Information will be provided by merchants who are registered members of GoLocalLive.com. That information will be closely monitored by GoLocalLive.com. See rules below that explain responsibility for accuracy of the information provided.

Payment Terms
Merchants will register with GoLocalLive.com through our website. It will automatically set the electronic invoice and collection date and notify customers that payment has been collected, automatically by e-mail. Payment will be charged to the merchant’s credit or debit card on a monthly basis. We will receive 48-hour notification of any non-collection of funds. We will contact you to discuss any problems with non-collection. If you choose to cancel with GoLocalLive.com your account will appear active on the site until the end of your monthly billing cycle.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made on a case by case basis. Refunds will be refunded by form of original payment. For example, Credit card payment will be credited back to the card issued for payment. Checks will be refunded in the form of a company check which will be issued to the merchant up to five business days after refund request.

Posting Schedules
For merchants who want GoLcalLive.com to input their updated information it should be submitted the previous day. If it is submitted the morning of, specials will be inputted in the order in which they were received. GoLocalLive.com cannot guarantee that orders received late will be posted in the time frame that you expect. If you are running late with your changes, you should consider using your user name and password to the site that will enable you to post on your own timetable.

Posting Rules
Because merchants will be posting their own material on GoLocalLive.com we reserve the right to remove any content posted on our site at any time that violates our posting rules. Decisions as to whether content violates any Posting Rule will be made by GoLocalLive.com in its discretion after we have actual notice of such posting. Without limiting our right to remove content, we have attempted to provide guidelines to those posting content on our site. When using GoLocalLive.com please do not post material that:

• Contains vulgar, profane, abusive or hateful language, epithets or slurs, text or illustrations in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature, or expressions of bigotry, racism, discrimination or hate.
• Is false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, inaccurate, unfair, contains gross exaggeration or unsubstantiated claims, violates the privacy rights of any third party, is unreasonably harmful or offensive to any individual or community or other business, contains any actionable statement, or tends to mislead or reflect unfairly on any other person, business or entity.

• Uses or attempts to use another's account, password, service or system.
• Uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.
• Disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of GoLocalLive.com or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through GoLocalLive.com or affiliated or linked sites.

WARNING: A VIOLATION OF THE FOREGOING GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR BE REFERRED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES

While GoLocalLive.com uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Content and assume no liability or responsibility for any error or omission in the Content including content available on GoLocalLive.com provided by third parties.
